Julie Roberts

 
With over 17 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare financial services, IT, and revenue cycle management, Julie has navigated career highs and lows that have shaped her ability to guide others toward achieving their own professional and personal goals.
 
She's led domestic and global teams and has built high performing teams across a variety of organizations.  Throughout her career, she has managed complex, matrixed organizations and built resilient teams and operations nationwide.
 
Her journey has taught her the value of balancing ambition with authenticity and resilience with compassion. As a reformed perfectionist, she's learned that true growth often requires stepping aside and allowing ourselves to evolve. Her mission is to help you embrace this process of growth as well. 
 
Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, equipping me with a profound understanding of the elements that drive effective leadership and team success.
 
Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted wife of 20 years to her husband, David, and a proud mom to our two boys, Brandon and Tyler.
 
Family life inspires and grounds her, and she cherishes hosting and cooking for gatherings at our home for those she loves.
 
Their rescue pup, Lucy, is a treasured member of our family, bringing joy and companionship into their lives. Julie recently discovered she has a green thumb—its gives her great satisfaction to keep them alive daily! Her plants are thriving, and she's now the proud parent of a mini jungle.

Emily Tanner

 

Emily’s passion for leadership ignited early when, at just 16, she was tasked with managing a small team at work. Determined to gain the respect of older, more experienced colleagues, she immersed herself in learning, discovering John Maxwell’s teachings on servant leadership—a philosophy she’s embraced ever since.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Emily’s leadership journey spans rapid-growth environments, mergers, acquisitions, consulting, and turnaround strategies. She rose to the position of Senior Vice President, overseeing 4,000 employees across more than 100 locations nationwide. Her expertise extends to private equity-backed companies, operational assessments, process design, training, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Emily consistently championed leadership development programs, mentoring, and employee coaching. She chaired numerous professional development initiatives and worked closely with Human Resources to implement career pathways and growth opportunities for employees.

After the devastating death of her husband in 2021, Emily made the life-altering decision to leave her healthcare career and founded Brave Widow in 2022, an online coaching program and community dedicated to supporting young widows.

She has since continued private executive leadership coaching and consulting.

Emily holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University and has earned certifications in coaching and leadership from the Faith-Based Coaching Academy, the Grief Recovery Institute, and Maxwell Leadership.

Emily is remarried to Robert.  Between them, they have 5 children and a beagle named Buddy.  She believes in prioritizing family without compromising your dreams.

Jessica Godbey

 

Jessica is a certified leadership coach and seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams, navigating complex organizational change, and driving measurable business results. Her career spans nonprofit healthcare systems to private equity-backed organizations—where she has led teams of thousands, improved operational efficiency, and transformed cultures through strategic, people-first leadership.

As a coach, Jessica brings the same clarity, energy, and results orientation that made her an impactful executive. She is passionate about developing people and has coached leaders at all levels to elevate performance, enhance team dynamics, and foster cultures of trust and collaboration. As a certified leadership coach through Maxwell Leadership, Jessica brings a unique blend of operational expertise and personal development coaching to every engagement—helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. Her coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and a deep belief that empowered people build thriving organizations.

Jessica’s leadership style is both metric-driven and people-centered. She is known for elevating patient satisfaction through exceptional service standards, while simultaneously fostering employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Whether leading global teams or mentoring emerging leaders, Jessica has consistently delivered lasting impact by aligning people, purpose, and process.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and continues to invest in her own growth while guiding others on their leadership journey.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a devoted wife to her husband Steven and blessed mom to four children—Lillian, Tyler, Emma, and Elise—and two granddaughters, Avery and Porter. She brings the same heart and integrity to her coaching as she does to her family.
