Jessica is a certified leadership coach and seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams, navigating complex organizational change, and driving measurable business results. Her career spans nonprofit healthcare systems to private equity-backed organizations—where she has led teams of thousands, improved operational efficiency, and transformed cultures through strategic, people-first leadership.
As a coach, Jessica brings the same clarity, energy, and results orientation that made her an impactful executive. She is passionate about developing people and has coached leaders at all levels to elevate performance, enhance team dynamics, and foster cultures of trust and collaboration. As a certified leadership coach through Maxwell Leadership, Jessica brings a unique blend of operational expertise and personal development coaching to every engagement—helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. Her coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and a deep belief that empowered people build thriving organizations.
Jessica’s leadership style is both metric-driven and people-centered. She is known for elevating patient satisfaction through exceptional service standards, while simultaneously fostering employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Whether leading global teams or mentoring emerging leaders, Jessica has consistently delivered lasting impact by aligning people, purpose, and process.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and continues to invest in her own growth while guiding others on their leadership journey.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a devoted wife to her husband Steven and blessed mom to four children—Lillian, Tyler, Emma, and Elise—and two granddaughters, Avery and Porter. She brings the same heart and integrity to her coaching as she does to her family.
